Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to methods, apparatuses, and devices for wireless communication. A first apparatus may determine (802) a first set of one or more parameters for an encoder model of a two-sided model. The first apparatus may determine (804) a first set of information comprising samples that represent an input to the two-sided model. The first apparatus may also update (806) the encoder model according to one or more of a third set of one or more parameters associated with a pre-encoder model, a first message from another apparatus, or a second set of one or more parameters for a pre-encoder generator model, wherein the third set of one or more parameters is based at least in part on the first set of information.
