Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a new generation of chimeric tunable biosensors that can be tuned for increased sensitivity and specificity in transducing an input signal into a functional response, as well as a modular platform to design and engineer such biosensors. The invention also related to an in-silico method for designing the chimeric tunable biosensors.[French]
