Abstract[English]
Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to user equipment radio wakeup due to connected mode discontinuous transmission or discontinuous reception cycle. The techniques discussed herein provide entry and exit conditions for the active time period of a connected mode discontinuous reception (C-DRX) cycle of a user equipment (UE) so that the active duration associated with the C-DRX cycle of the UE aligns with the active time period of the discontinuous reception (DRX) cycle or the cell discontinuous transmission (DTX) cycle of the cell. Partial overlap between the DTX/DRX and C-DRX is handled by dynamically indicating the on-duration offset to align the active durations of the cell DTX/DRX (the cell DTX/DRX active periods) and the active time periods of the C-DRX cycle of the UE (C-DRX active periods).[French]
