A separator table includes a base frame and a deck assembly movably coupled to the base frame. The deck assembly includes a mounting frame movably coupled to the base frame, a first removable portion defining a first portion of an upper deck surface, and a second removable portion defining a second portion of the upper deck surface, where an edge of the first removable portion interfacing with an edge of the second removable portion is vertically offset from the edge of the second removable portion.[French]
