Abstract[English]
The present invention provides streamlined eukaryotic cell transfection systems and media, as well as related methods and kits. The activated frozen cell transfection systems, media, and methods of the present invention eliminate the need for specialized equipment and avoid the time commitment required to pre-culture the cells and to prepare cells with a special medium and unique handling procedures for transfection. In particular, the systems and related methods afford the ability for streamlining transfection while retaining robust transfection efficiencies. Furthermore, the activated frozen cell transfection systems, media, and methods of the present invention for transfecting eukaryotic cells makes transfection available for both high throughput approaches in small scale and/or for large scale transfection without requiring specialized equipment or requiring a pre-culture step subsequent to thawing.[French]
La présente invention concerne des systèmes et des milieux de transfection de cellules eucaryotes rationalisés, ainsi que des procédés et des kits associés. Les systèmes, milieux et procédés de transfection de cellules congelées activées de la présente invention éliminent le besoin d'un équipement spécialisé et évitent le temps requis pour pré-cultiver les cellules et pour préparer des cellules à l'aide d'un milieu spécial et de procédures de gestion uniques pour la transfection. En particulier, les systèmes et les procédés associés permettent de rationaliser la transfection tout en conservant des rendements de transfection robustes. En outre, les systèmes, milieux et procédés de transfection de cellules congelées activées de la présente invention pour transfecter des cellules eucaryotes permet une transfection à la fois pour des approches à haut débit à petite échelle et/ou pour une transfection à grande échelle sans nécessiter d'équipement spécialisé ou d'étape de pré-culture après décongélation.
