Abstract[English]
The invention discloses a helmet with a mouth guard that can be rotated 180 degrees, and which includes the helmet body and a rotating component; this invention is equipped with an outer visor, a mouth guard, and a rotating component. When the mouth guard is opened, the first, second, and third sliding bars can slide along the inside of a guide groove frame to cooperate with the overall rotation and opening of the mouth guard. This allows the front lower end opening of the helmet body to be quickly opened, and when a connecting shaft moves, it can cooperate with a long groove opened inside a first connecting piece to push a second connecting piece connected to the outside, allowing the outer visor to open accordingly, and allowing the user's face to be exposed which ensures convenient water drinking and water intake for riders without the need to repeatedly remove and put on the helmet.
