Abstract[English]
An apparatus for perfusing and transporting an organ for transplant. The apparatus includes a base, a cassette removably connectable to the base, the cassette including an organ supporting chamber adapted to sterilely store and transport the organ, a cassette interface, and a pump connected to the cassette interface. Responsive to the cassette engaging the cassette interface, the cassette is automatically connected to the pump via the cassette interface and the apparatus is fully operational.[French]
L'invention concerne un appareil pour perfuser et transporter un organe pour une greffe. L'appareil comprend une base, une cassette pouvant être raccordée de manière amovible à la base, la cassette comprenant une chambre de support d'organe conçue pour stocker et transporter l'organe de manière stérile, une interface de cassette et une pompe reliée à l'interface de cassette. En réponse à la mise en prise de la cassette avec l'interface de cassette, la cassette est automatiquement raccordée à la pompe par l'intermédiaire de l'interface de cassette et l'appareil est entièrement opérationnel.
