Abstract[English]
Described herein are methods and systems for utilizing the formation and degradation of hydrogel chambers to analyze biological components comprising guide RNA barcodes associated with one or more genetic modifications. A method for analyzing a biological component can include introducing the biological component into a fluidic device; in the fluidic device, encapsulating the biological component in a hydrogel chamber, wherein the biological component comprises a guide ribonucleic acid (RNA) molecule associated with a genetic modification of the biological component; and releasing the guide RNA molecule from the biological component.[French]
L'invention concerne des procédés et des systèmes permettant d'utiliser la formation et la dégradation de chambres d'hydrogel pour analyser des composants biologiques comprenant des codes-barres d'ARN guide associés à une ou plusieurs modifications génétiques. Un procédé d'analyse d'un composant biologique peut consister à : introduire le composant biologique dans un dispositif fluidique ; dans le dispositif fluidique, encapsuler le composant biologique dans une chambre d'hydrogel, le composant biologique comprenant une molécule d'acide ribonucléique (ARN) guide associée à une modification génétique du composant biologique ; et libérer la molécule d'ARN guide du composant biologique.
