Abstract[English] A system and method for measuring pulse wave velocity. In some embodiments, a system includes: a pulse timing sensor, including: a first wearable speckleplethysmography sensor; and a second wearable speckleplethysmography sensor, the first wearable speckleplethysmography sensor being configured to measure a blood flow velocity at a first point, on a first artery, and the second wearable speckleplethysmography sensor being configured to measure a blood flow velocity at a second point on a second artery.[French] L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de mesure de vitesse d'onde de pulsation.
