Abstract[English]
A system includes a laser welder configured to weld a first steel workpiece to a second workpiece at an interface between them. The workpieces may have similar or dissimilar compositions and/or thicknesses. A filler wire may be used to fill a gap at the interface and/or provide a weld joint composition that accounts for the intrusion of aluminum coating from the workpiece(s) into the weld joint. The laser welder's laser beam may be laterally offset from the interface toward one of the workpieces (e.g., a thicker or stronger of the workpieces).[French]
Un système comprend une soudeuse laser conçue pour souder une première pièce à travailler en acier à une seconde pièce à travailler au niveau d'une interface entre elles. Les pièces peuvent présenter des compositions et/ou des épaisseurs similaires ou dissemblables. Un fil d'apport peut être utilisé pour remplir un espace au niveau de l'interface et/ou fournir une composition de joint de soudure qui tient compte de l'intrusion de revêtement d'aluminium à partir de la ou des pièces à travailler dans le joint de soudure. Le faisceau laser de la soudeuse laser peut être décalé latéralement de l'interface vers l'une des pièces à usiner (par exemple, une plus épaisse ou plus forte des pièces à usiner).
