The present invention relates to a potassium sulfate-enriched sulfur-bentonite fertilizer composition in pastille form, designed to provide a balanced supply of both potassium and sulfur to plants. The composition comprises potassium sulfate (4 to 30 weight percent), molten elemental sulfur (40 to 85 weight percent), and bentonite clay (3 to 20 weight percent), which are combined using a roto-form pastillation process to form uniform, stable pastilles. The potassium sulfate provides an immediate source of potassium, while the elemental sulfur is gradually released through microbial activity in the soil, ensuring a sustained nutrient supply over time. This novel formulation and production method allows scalable, cost-effective manufacturing, making it ideal for large-scale agricultural applications.[French]
La présente invention concerne une composition d'engrais de soufre-bentonite enrichie en sulfate de potassium sous forme de pastilles, conçue pour fournir un apport équilibré à la fois en potassium et en soufre à des plantes. La composition comprend du sulfate de potassium (4 à 30 % en poids), du soufre élémentaire fondu (40 à 85 % en poids), et de l'argile de bentonite (3 à 20 % en poids), qui sont combinés à l'aide d'un procédé de pastillage par rotomoulage pour former des pastilles uniformes et stables.
