Abstract[English]
Multi-fabric urban management during the last century and especially with the growth of the urban population in the last few decades has caused irreparable damage to various urban areas, and most of these problems are due to the lack of information at all organizational and departmental levels. In addition to the mentioned problems, it has caused parallel work of urban management organizations in various matters, citizens' dissatisfaction with the way of providing the services, lack of coordination, along with imposing heavy costs in different sectors. Therefore, this invention seeks to implement a system for information classification using Web GIS and Arc SDE, to manage all the information of the departments of each organization in the form of an interconnected network in a comprehensive database with various definable access levels.[French]
La gestion urbaine multi-tissu au cours du siècle dernier et plus particulièrement au cours des quelques dernières décennies compte tenu de la croissance de la population urbaine, a endommagé de façon irréparable diverses zones urbaines, la plupart de ces problèmes étant dus au manque d'informations à tous les niveaux organisationnels et départementaux. Outre les problèmes mentionnés, cette situation a entraîné l'intervention parallèle d'organisations de gestion urbaine dans divers domaines, le mécontentement des citoyens en matière de prestation de services, le manque de coordination, auxquels s'ajoutent des coûts élevés imposés dans différents secteurs. Par conséquent, la présente invention a pour objectif de mettre en œuvre un système de classification d'informations utilisant un SIGWeb et ARCSDE, pour gérer toutes les informations des départements de chaque organisation sous la forme d'un réseau interconnecté dans une base de données complète dotée de divers niveaux d'accès définissables.
