Abstract[English]
A solid-solid phase-change material (PCM) for use as a patterning coating adapted to impact a propensity of an evaporated flux of a deposited material to be deposited thereon, the patterning coating for disposition on a first layer surface of an underlying layer in a first portion of a lateral aspect of an opto-electronic device, such that a deposited layer comprising the deposited material is deposited on a second portion of the lateral aspect, while the first portion is substantially devoid of a closed coating of the deposited material. L'invention concerne un matériau à changement de phase solide-solide (PCM) destiné à être utilisé en tant que revêtement de formation de motifs conçu pour impacter une propension d'un flux évaporé d'un matériau déposé à être déposé sur celui-ci, le revêtement de formation de motifs étant destiné à être disposé sur une première surface de couche d'une couche sous-jacente dans une première partie d'un aspect latéral d'un dispositif optoélectronique, de telle sorte qu'une couche déposée comprenant le matériau déposé est déposée sur une seconde partie de l'aspect latéral, tandis que la première partie est sensiblement dépourvue d'un revêtement fermé du matériau déposé.
