The present invention discloses an oral liquid formulation of methocarbamol. More particularly, the present invention is related to an oral liquid formulation of methocarbamol in the form of suspension. The invention also provides a process for the preparation of said oral liquid formulation of methocarbamol, and use of said oral liquid formulation for the treatment of acute musculoskeletal pain.[French]
