The present disclosure relates to the treatment of cancer by using an anti-SIRPα (Signal regulatory protein alpha) antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof. In particular, the present disclosure relates to a method of using and uses of an anti-SIRPα antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof to treat cancer including, in a treatment regimen that optionally includes the administration of an additional therapeutic agent.[French]
