Abstract[English]
A delivery catheter 100 configured to deliver a composition to a target site which comprises a catheter tube 200 defining a first passage 250 and a second passage 270 in a wall of the catheter tube, the first passage containing a first pull wire 260 and the second passage containing a second pull wire 280, the pull wires configured to effect the deflection of a distal end of the catheter tube. A tip assembly 300 is connected to the catheter tube, the tip assembly comprising a tip electrode 310 and an electrode band 320, wherein the tip electrode defines a delivery lumen. A control handle 400 for controlling the deflection of the distal end of the catheter tube. An injection handle 500 for controlling delivery of the composition. A needle assembly 600 comprising a flexible needle 510 extending from a needle hub to deliver the composition.[French]
L'invention concerne un cathéter d'administration (100) configuré pour administrer une composition à un site cible, et comprenant un tube de cathéter (200) définissant un premier passage (250) et un second passage (270) dans une paroi du tube de cathéter, le premier passage contenant un premier fil de traction (260) et le second passage contenant un second fil de traction (280), les fils de traction étant configurés pour effectuer la déflexion d'une extrémité distale du tube de cathéter. Un ensemble pointe (300) est raccordé au tube de cathéter, l'ensemble pointe comprenant une électrode de pointe (310) et une bande d'électrode (320), l'électrode de pointe définissant une lumière d'administration. Une poignée de commande (400) commande la déflexion de l'extrémité distale du tube de cathéter. L'invention concerne également une poignée d'injection (500) pour commander l'administration de la composition.
