Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates to methods of isolating a protein-of-interest enriched solution, such as an immunoglobulin G (IgG), and a plurality of protein-of-interest depleted fractions from a protein mixture, such as plasma or a fraction thereof, using continuous chromatography. The present disclosure also relates to a continuous chromatography system for separating a protein-of-interest from a protein mixture, formulations and uses of the purified products thereof.[French]
La présente invention concerne des procédés d'isolement d'une solution enrichie en protéines d'intérêt, telle qu'une immunoglobuline G (IgG), et d'une pluralité de fractions appauvries en protéines d'intérêt à partir d'un mélange de protéines, tel qu'un plasma ou une fraction de celui-ci, à l'aide d'une chromatographie continue. La présente invention concerne également un système de chromatographie continue pour séparer une protéine d'intérêt d'un mélange de protéines, des formulations et des utilisations des produits purifiés de celui-ci.
