Abstract[English]
A valve train assembly for an internal combustion engine. A rocker arm assembly is provided for actuating a valve. The rocker arm assembly includes a first rocker arm body that is rotatable about a main rocker shaft. A second rocker arm body is rotatable about the main rocker shaft. A lost motion assembly biases the first rocker arm body and the second rocker arm body to a first position. A latch pin assembly is provided for selectively coupling the first rocker arm body and the second rocker arm body together when the first rocker arm body and the second rocker arm body are in the first position. A mechanical stopper assembly is attached to the main rocker shaft and is configured to limit a rotation of the first rocker arm body to a first predetermined angle when the latch pin assembly is in an unlatched position.[French]
L'invention concerne un ensemble train de soupapes pour un moteur à combustion interne. Un ensemble culbuteur est prévu pour actionner une soupape. L'ensemble culbuteur comprend un premier corps de culbuteur qui peut tourner autour d'un axe de culbuteur principal. Un second corps de culbuteur peut tourner autour de l'axe de culbuteur principal. Un ensemble à mouvement perdu sollicite le premier corps de culbuteur et le second corps de culbuteur vers une première position. Un ensemble broche de verrouillage est prévu pour accoupler sélectivement le premier corps de culbuteur et le second corps de culbuteur ensemble lorsque le premier corps de culbuteur et le second corps de culbuteur sont dans la première position.
