The present disclosure is directed to a medical device. The medical device can include a body having a first extension and having a second extension. The first extension can have a first adapter and the second extension can have a second adapter. The first adapter and the second adapter can couple with at least one tensioning assembly to cause the body to pivot from a first position to a second position.[French]
