Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates to a method or system for recycling rubber from a rubber containing waste product while simultaneously enabling the retention of molecular bonding properties in the recycled rubber at a quality similar to that of Virgin Rubber and addresses at least some of the issues associated with methods of recycling rubber containing products known to the inventor. The present method or system allows the reclaimed rubber to retain the natural properties of rubber, thereby making the reclaimed rubber suitable to be reused in manufacturing useful or higher quality by-products that traditionally cannot be achieved. With respect to tyres, this method utilises various novel techniques that enable all parts of the tyre to be reclaimed. Another benefit of this method or system is that it is environmentally and commercially sound, in that the utilisation of this method will reduce the amount of natural rubber harvested from rubber trees.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne un procédé ou un système de recyclage de caoutchouc à partir d'un déchet contenant du caoutchouc tout en permettant simultanément la conservation des propriétés de liaison moléculaire dans le caoutchouc recyclé à une qualité similaire à celle du caoutchouc vierge et aborde au moins certains des problèmes associés à des procédés de recyclage de produits contenant du caoutchouc connus de l'inventeur. Le présent procédé ou système permet au caoutchouc récupéré de conserver les propriétés naturelles du caoutchouc, ce qui rend le caoutchouc récupéré approprié pour être réutilisé dans la fabrication de sous-produits utiles ou de qualité supérieure qui ne peuvent traditionnellement pas être obtenus. Concernant les pneus, ce procédé utilise diverses nouvelles techniques qui permettent de récupérer toutes les parties du pneu. Un autre avantage de ce procédé ou système est qu'il est respectueux de l'environnement et commercialement correct, dans la mesure où l'utilisation de ce procédé va réduire la quantité de caoutchouc naturel récolté sur des arbres à caoutchouc.
