Abstract[English]
Methods, apparatuses, and systems for determining a physiologically effective use of a positive airway pressure device of a target subject. The method includes obtaining one or more parameters recorded by the positive airway pressure device and determining a range of values for the one or more parameters. A simulated or ineffective use of the positive airway pressure device is identified when the range of values is outside a predefined tolerance range and a physiologic use of the positive airway pressure device is identified when the range of values is inside the predefined tolerance range.[French]
Procédés, appareils et systèmes pour la détermination d'une utilisation physiologiquement efficace d'un dispositif de ventilation en pression positive d'un sujet cible. Le procédé consiste à obtenir un ou plusieurs paramètres enregistrés par le dispositif de ventilation en pression positive et à déterminer une plage de valeurs pour le ou les paramètres. Une utilisation simulée ou inefficace du dispositif de ventilation en pression positive est identifiée lorsque la plage de valeurs s'inscrit en dehors d'une plage de tolérance prédéfinie et une utilisation physiologique du dispositif de ventilation en pression positive est identifiée lorsque la plage de valeurs s'inscrit à l'intérieur de la plage de tolérance prédéfinie.
