Abstract[English]
The present description provides a method for promoting osteogenic differentiation and osteoinductive capacity of mesenchymal stem cells, comprising incubating said cells in the presence of hyaluronic acid or sulfated derivatives thereof. The described method enables the inoculation of allogeneic MSCs, expanded ex vivo, into a bone injury as a regenerative treatment of the injured bone tissue.[French]
La présente description concerne un procédé pour favoriser la différenciation ostéogénique et la capacité ostéoinductive de cellules souches mésenchymateuses, comprenant l'incubation desdites cellules en présence d'acide hyaluronique ou de ses dérivés sulfatés. Le procédé décrit permet l'inoculation de MSC allogéniques, multipliées ex vivo, dans une lésion osseuse en tant que traitement régénératif du tissu osseux lésé.
