Abstract[English]
A system and method for forming a fiber board. The system in some configurations includes an extruder, a forming press, an output handling assembly, a carrier transfer assembly, a collector assembly, a heater press, a post formation press removal assembly, a carrier decoupling assembly and an acclimating assembly. In some configurations, the foregoing are positioned sequentially to form a continuous, or batch operated system. In some configurations, an extruder, a forming press and a heater press are contemplated, as well as a system for directing an initially shaped mat from a forming press to a heater press and from a heater press.[French]
