In accordance with an example embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus comprising: at least one processor; and at least one memory including computer program code, wherein the at least one memory and the computer program code are configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to: receive, from a network device, information related to at least one condition, wherein the at least one condition is based at least partially on at least one of one or more best beams, one or more transmission configuration indication states, or one or more reference signals for the apparatus; determine, based on the information, that the at least one condition is fulfilled; and transmit, to the network device, information in response to determination that the at least one condition is fulfilled.[French]
