Abstract[English] The present invention relates to a method of treating acne comprising administering to the subject, a pharmaceutical composition comprising micronized isotretinoin; wherein, the composition is administered once daily to the subject under a fasting state, at a dose of about 0.4 mg/kg to about 1.6 mg/kg of isotretinoin.
