Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a method of treating acne comprising administering to the subject, a pharmaceutical composition comprising micronized isotretinoin; wherein, the composition is administered once daily to the subject under a fasting state, at a dose of about 0.4 mg/kg to about 1.6 mg/kg of isotretinoin. In particular, the composition further comprises one or more surfactants; and one or more co-solvents.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement de l'acné comprenant l'administration au sujet d'une composition pharmaceutique comprenant de l'isotrétinoïne micronisée ; la composition étant administrée une fois par jour au sujet dans un état de jeûne, à une dose d'environ 0,4 mg/kg à environ 1,6 mg/kg d'isotrétinoïne.
