Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates to sequences and methods for delivery of DNA and RNA using, for example, DNA nuclear targeting sequences (DTSs). These sequences provide more efficient delivery of target DNA and RNA into cells. These sequences are also particularly effective for targeting liver cells, for example, for treatment of inherited liver and systemic disorders, as well as acquired genetic disorders, and also serve as a treatment method for numerous diseases and disorders.[French]
La présente invention concerne des séquences et des procédés d'administration d'ADN et d'ARN à l'aide, par exemple, de séquences de ciblage nucléaire d'ADN (DTS).
