Abstract[English]
Systems and methods for monitoring the operation of an agricultural harvesting machine, which includes utilising an event based sensor mounted or otherwise coupled to the agricultural machine to obtain a measure of material present within a material flow from a spreader tool of the machine. Crop material components within the material flow are identified and used to calculate a swath quality parameter for a resultant swath. Operation of one or more operable components of or otherwise associated with the agricultural harvesting machine can then be controlled based on the swath quality parameter.[French]
L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés pour surveiller le fonctionnement d'une machine de récolte agricole, qui comprend l'utilisation d'un capteur basé sur un événement monté ou couplé d'une autre façon à la machine agricole pour obtenir une mesure de matière présente à l'intérieur d'un flux de matière à partir d'un outil d'étalement de la machine. Des constituants de matière de récolte à l'intérieur du flux de matière sont identifiés et utilisés pour calculer un paramètre de qualité d'andain pour un andain résultant.
