Abstract[English]
Curcumin is a natural active substance with therapeutic properties that are not easily absorbed in the body due to its low solubility in water. This invention introduces a process and product where curcumin is dissolved in water to enhance its absorption. This formulation enables the use of curcumin in various medicinal, cosmetic, and natural products. To prepare the composition of curcumin nanoemulsion, which includes powdered and pure curcumin, a nanoform facilitator, and a stability facilitator for the soluble form in distilled water, physical factors such as stirring the solution, homogenization using free silica balls in an Aluminum blade solution, and rotation are utilized. This results in a mixed solution of curcumin nanoparticles dispersed in glass spheres through rotation, followed by ultrasonication, pressure, and temperature application. This method allows for curcumin particles to be reduced to less than 100 nm in size.[French]
