Provided herein are multi-functional molecules comprising: (1) a first moiety that binds to an endocytic receptor; and (2) a second moiety that binds to a target; and optionally, (3) a third moiety that binds to an endocytic receptor. In some embodiments, a first moiety binds to a target under a first set of conditions and/or a second set of conditions. In some embodiments, a second moiety binds to a target under a first set of conditions. In some embodiments, a third moiety binds to an endocytic receptor under a second set of conditions. Further provided herein are compositions comprising multi-functional molecules disclosed herein and/or nucleic acids encoding the same, as well as methods of making and using the same.[French]
