Abstract[English] A Modulation Transfer Spectroscopy (MTS) device comprising a vapour cell, a retroreflective optical modulation detector arranged to generate a pump laser beam from the probe laser beam emerging from the vapour cell, a modulation detector arranged to detect modulation in a probe laser beam, and a comparator arranged to provide a signal based on the phase of the modulation in the probe laser beam which can be used to stabilise the frequency of a laser. This provides for a more compact and robust MTS device.[French] Un dispositif de spectroscopie à transfert de modulation (MTS) comprend une cellule de vapeur, un détecteur de modulation optique rétroréfléchissant conçu pour générer un faisceau laser à pompe à partir du faisceau laser de sonde émergeant de la cellule de vapeur, un détecteur de modulation conçu pour détecter une modulation dans un faisceau laser de sonde, et un comparateur conçu pour fournir un signal sur la base de la phase de la modulation dans le faisceau laser de sonde, qui peut être utilisé pour stabiliser la fréquence d'un laser.
