The present invention provides an improved process for purification and isolation of leuprorelin or pharmaceutically acceptable salt(s) thereof by preparative supercritical fluid chromatography (preparative SFC) method, wherein the said process provides more than 98% purity of leuprorelin or salt(s) thereof.[French]
