Abstract[English]
A circuit interrupter includes separable contacts, a drive shaft coupled to the separable contacts and structured to move to open and close the separable contacts, a tapered drive shaft section coupled to the drive shaft and having tapered sides, and a friction assembly. The friction assembly includes a friction device structured to interact with the tapered sides of the tapered drive shaft, an armature coupled to the friction device, and a biasing member structured to bias the friction device and armature toward the tapered drive shaft section.[French]
La présente invention concerne un interrupteur de circuit qui comprend des contacts séparables, un arbre de commande couplé aux contacts séparables et structuré pour se déplacer afin d'ouvrir et de fermer les contacts séparables, une section d'arbre de commande conique couplée à l'arbre de commande et ayant des côtés coniques, et un ensemble de frottement.
