Abstract[English] An ultrasound transducer sonicates a target volume to change tissue properties by transmitting a sequence of acoustic pulses to the target volume, while at least one acoustic detector detects an ultrasound reflection signal from the target volume following each acoustic pulse, and a controller (i) estimates an activity of the contrast agent at the target volume based on a comparison between values of a signal parameter in the reflection signals following successive acoustic pulses, and (ii) controls the ultrasound transducer based on the estimated activity so as to change the tissue properties.[French] L'invention concerne un transducteur ultrasonore sonifiant un volume cible pour changer des propriétés de tissu par transmission d'une séquence d'impulsions acoustiques au volume cible, tandis qu'au moins un détecteur acoustique détecte un signal de réflexion ultrasonore à partir du volume cible après chaque impulsion acoustique, ainsi qu'un dispositif de commande (i) estimant une activité de l'agent de contraste au volume cible, sur la base d'une comparaison entre des valeurs d'un paramètre de signal dans les signaux de réflexion suivant des impulsions acoustiques successives, et (ii) commandant le transducteur ultrasonore sur la base de l'activité estimée de façon à modifier les propriétés de tissu.
