Abstract[English]
A method of embedding an implementation of a shared-secret obfuscation mechanism into an existing neural network to provide the neural network with more secure data interfaces is disclosed. Disclosed implementations leverage a novel form of transcoding that can be implemented within a conventional neural network. This transcoding maps a span along a continuous number line on to a segment that defines a multidimensional projection. A definition of the transcoding properties (the mapping of spans to segments) is supplied to a form of compiler which produces a transcoding neural network (architecture + weights and biases) that can be embedded within an existing neural to cause the neural network to output transcoded data.[French]
Est divulgué un procédé d'incorporation d'une mise en œuvre d'un mécanisme de masquage secret partagé dans un réseau neuronal existant pour fournir au réseau neuronal des interfaces de données plus sécurisées. Des modes de réalisation divulgués tirent profit d'une nouvelle forme de transcodage qui peut être mise en œuvre dans un réseau neuronal classique. Ledit transcodage mappe un tronçon le long d'une ligne de nombre continue sur un segment qui définit une projection multidimensionnelle. Une définition des propriétés de transcodage (le mappage de tronçons sur des segments) est fournie à une forme de compilateur qui produit un réseau neuronal de transcodage (architecture + pondération et biais) qui peut être intégré dans un neurone existant pour amener le réseau neuronal à produire en sortie des données transcodées.
