The present invention pertains generally to plant biotechnology. Aspects of the present disclosure relate to methods for plant transformation. More specifically, there is described a method for transforming sugarcane (Saccharum spp.). The present disclosure further relates to genetically altered sugarcane plants produced using these methods.[French]
La présente invention concerne de manière générale la biotechnologie des plantes. Des aspects de la présente invention concernent des procédés de transformation de plantes. Plus spécifiquement, l'invention concerne un procédé de transformation de canne à sucre (Saccharum spp.).
