Abstract[English]
A method for quantifying a purity of a target analyte in a sample includes introducing into a mass spectrometer, via a sample introduction, a plurality of sample ions generated by ionizing at least a portion of analytes in the sample; obtaining, via the mass spectrometer, a plurality of mass spectra including a sample mass spectrum associated with the sample introduction; analyzing the sample mass spectrum to identify a target signal corresponding to the target analyte; deriving, from the target signal, a target signal intensity corresponding to the target analyte; deriving, from at least a portion of the sample mass spectrum, a sample signal intensity; and quantifying the purity of the target analyte based on the target signal intensity and the sample signal intensity.[French]
Selon l'invention, un procédé de quantification d'une pureté d'un analyte cible dans un échantillon consiste à introduire dans un spectromètre de masse, par l'intermédiaire d'une introduction d'échantillon, une pluralité d'ions d'échantillon générés par ionisation d'au moins une partie d'analytes dans l'échantillon ; obtenir, par l'intermédiaire du spectromètre de masse, une pluralité de spectres de masse comprenant un spectre de masse d'échantillon associé à l'introduction d'échantillon ; analyser le spectre de masse d'échantillon pour identifier un signal cible correspondant à l'analyte cible ; dériver, à partir du signal cible, une intensité de signal cible correspondant à l'analyte cible ; dériver, à partir d'au moins une partie du spectre de masse d'échantillon, une intensité de signal d'échantillon ; et quantifier la pureté de l'analyte cible sur la base de l'intensité de signal cible et de l'intensité de signal d'échantillon.
