Abstract[English]
A method for determining a composition of a sample utilizing mass spectrometry includes introducing a plurality of sample ions, obtaining a plurality of mass spectra including a sample introduction mass spectrum associated with the sample introduction event, identifying a set of background signals, identifying a set of sample ion signals by removing background ions, and deriving, from the set of sample ion signals, an ion list corresponding to the composition of the sample.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination d'une composition d'un échantillon par spectrométrie de masse, comprenant l'introduction d'une pluralité d'ions d'échantillon, l'obtention d'une pluralité de spectres de masse comprenant un spectre de masse d'introduction d'échantillon associé à l'événement d'introduction d'échantillon, l'identification d'un ensemble de signaux d'arrière-plan, l'identification d'un ensemble de signaux d'ions d'échantillon par élimination d'ions d'arrière-plan, et la dérivation, à partir de l'ensemble de signaux d'ions d'échantillon, d'une liste d'ions correspondant à la composition de l'échantillon.
