Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to performing extended reality operations over unlicensed spectrum. For example, the technology described herein enables a network entity to determine a channel occupancy time (COT) is going to be underutilized or utilized by data traffic that cannot be transmitted, such as due to not satisfying a delay budget, within the COT, and use or share the COT for data transmissions.[French]
