Abstract[English] The invention relates to aviation, in particular to seaplane designs. The amphibious aircraft comprises a fuselage, floats, a wing with wingtips, an empennage, a propulsor, a power plant, a landing gear, main lift hydrofoils and rear water support, and a water rudder. The floats are connected to the fuselage, the wing and the empennage in the shape of a profiled ring by means of strakes, fairings, as well as longitudinal steps along the bottom. The propeller-type propulsor is integrated into the profiled ring, wherein the profiled ring comprises a high-set elevator with profiled lateral surfaces, as well as lateral rudders. An increase in lift-to-drag ratio and efficiency, short takeoff and landing capability, increased stability and controllability of amphibious aircraft are provided.[French] L'invention concerne l'aviation, en particulier des conceptions d'hydravion. L'aéronef amphibie comprend un fuselage, des flotteurs, une aile avec des bouts d'aile, un empennage, un propulseur, un groupe motopropulseur, un train d'atterrissage, des ailes portantes de levage principales et un support d'eau arrière, ainsi qu'un gouvernail marin. Les flotteurs sont reliés au fuselage, à l'aile et à l'empennage sous la forme d'un anneau profilé au moyen de virures, de carénages, ainsi que de redans longitudinaux le long de la partie inférieure. Le propulseur du type à hélice est intégré dans l'anneau profilé, l'anneau profilé comprenant un élévateur haut avec des surfaces latérales profilées, ainsi que des gouvernails de direction latéraux.
