An apparatus includes means for transmitting at least one first activation signal; means for receiving from a reader, a configuration comprising at least one resource configured to be used for transmission of at least one second activation signal to a network device, based at least partially on the at least one first activation signal; means for transmitting the at least one second activation signal to the network device, based on the configuration; and means for receiving from the reader, information related to at least one of a distance between the apparatus and the network device, or a distance between the reader and the network device, based at least partially on the at least one second activation signal.[French]
