A mechanism for identifying any one or more undesired elements within a collection of elements. First image data of the collection of elements is produced responsive to fluorescence resulting from light in a first wavelength band. Second image data of the collection is produced responsive to reflected/transmitted light in a second wavelength band. The first and second image data is processed to identify the any one or more undesired elements.[French]
L'invention concerne un mécanisme pour identifier un ou plusieurs éléments indésirables dans un ensemble d'éléments. Des premières données d'image de l'ensemble d'éléments sont produites en réponse à une fluorescence résultant de la lumière dans une première bande de longueur d'onde. Des secondes données d'image de l'ensemble sont produites en réponse à de la lumière réfléchie/transmise dans une seconde bande de longueur d'onde. Les premières et secondes données d'image sont traitées pour identifier l'un quelconque ou plusieurs des éléments indésirables.
