Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a method of curing an epoxide prepared from phenolic compounds such that the cured epoxy resin has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of at least 245°C The method comprises: (a) mixing the epoxide at a temperature of 25 to100°C with at least one hardener, a naturally occurring aliphatic polyamine or at least one analogue thereof or combination thereof, and at least one antioxidant; (b) heating the mixture of step(a) at 100 to 130 °C for 1 to 3 hrs; (c) heating the partially cured mixture of step(b) at 130 to 160 °C for 1 to 3 hrs; and (d) heating the substantially cured mixture of step(c) at 160 to 200 °C for 3 to 5 hrs; wherein steps (b) to (d) were performed in an atmosphere of nitrogen; and wherein the epoxide is trans-resveratrol trisepoxide of Formula (I), a tetraepoxide of Formula (II) or a diepoxide of Formula (III).[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de durcissement d'un époxyde préparé à partir de composés phénoliques de telle sorte que la résine époxy durcie a une température de transition vitreuse (Tg) d'au moins 245°C. Le procédé comprend les opérations consistant à : (a) mélanger l'époxyde à une température de 25 à 100°C avec au moins un durcisseur, une polyamine aliphatique d'origine naturelle ou au moins un analogue de celle-ci ou une combinaison de ceux-ci, et au moins un antioxydant; (b) chauffer le mélange de l'étape (a) à 100 à 130°C pendant 1 à 3 heures; (c) chauffer le mélange partiellement durci de l'étape (b) à 130 à 160°C pendant 1 à 3 heures; et (d) chauffer le mélange sensiblement durci de l'étape (c) à 160 à 200°C pendant 3 à 5 heures; les étapes (b) à (d) ayant été effectuées dans une atmosphère d'azote; et l'époxyde étant le trisépoxyde de trans-resvératrol de Formule (I), un tétraépoxyde de Formule (II) ou un diépoxyde de Formule (III).
