Abstract[English]
Described herein are devices and methods for switching between a fulcrum-effect mode and a fulcrum-effect corrected mode. In a fulcrum-effect mode, the method includes receiving a first input at a handle coupled to a medical instrument. The first input causes manual, inverse movement of the medical instrument about a pivot point. In a fulcrum corrected mode, the method includes activating a control at the handle to engage a sensor assembly and a powered actuation unit in communication with the medical instrument, monitoring a position of one or more sensorized joints of the handle, and responsive to detecting, by the sensor assembly, a change in the position, causing the distal portion of the medical instrument to translate using the powered actuation unit.[French]
L'invention concerne des dispositifs et des procédés de commutation entre un mode d'effet de point d'appui et un mode corrigé d'effet de point d'appui. Dans un mode d'effet de point d'appui, le procédé comprend la réception d'une première entrée au niveau d'une poignée couplée à un instrument médical. La première entrée provoque un mouvement inverse manuel de l'instrument médical autour d'un point de pivotement. Dans un mode corrigé de point d'appui, le procédé comprend l'activation d'une commande au niveau de la poignée pour venir en prise avec un ensemble capteur et une unité d'actionnement motorisée en communication avec l'instrument médical, la surveillance d'une position d'une ou plusieurs articulations à capteur de la poignée, et en réponse à la détection, par l'ensemble capteur, d'un changement de la position, amenant la partie distale de l'instrument médical à effectuer une translation à l'aide de l'unité d'actionnement motorisée.
