Abstract[English] The present disclosure provides a method for aligning fibrils (e.g., protein fibrils, such as, for example, collagen fibrils) in a three-dimensional matrix. The alignment may be described via coherence index (CI). CI is a range of 0 to 1, where 0 corresponds to randomly oriented fibrils, and 1 corresponds to perfect alignment. The fibrils aligned via a method of the present disclosure may have a CI greater than or equal to 0.1, but less than 1. The resulting matrix may have a variety of uses, including, but not limited to, cell culture, tissue mimetics, cell differentiation, or as a drug screening substrate.[French] La présente invention concerne un procédé d'alignement de fibrilles (par exemple, de fibrilles de protéines, telles que, par exemple, des fibrilles de collagène) dans une matrice tridimensionnelle.
