Abstract[English] The present disclosure relates to methods for quantifying mRNA capping efficiency. The methods use detectable labels for quantifying the amount of unlabelled mRNA in a sample. The method is applicable to RNA molecules of any sequence and may be used to obtain information on the physical properties of an RNA sample. The present disclosure also relates to kits which can be used for quantifying mRNA capping efficiency.[French] La présente invention concerne des procédés de quantification de l'efficacité de coiffage d'ARNm.
