Abstract[English] Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to an apparatus for handover enhancements for NES cells. The apparatus receives a signaling indicating a radio resource control (RRC) connection reconfiguration message associated with one or more candidate cells. The apparatus executes a handover procedure for handing over the apparatus to a target cell of the one or more candidate cells based at least in part on a determination that the target cell is not in a network energy saving (NES) mode associated with at least one of a discontinuous transmission (DTX) or a discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration of the target cell.[French] Divers aspects de la présente divulgation se rapportent à un appareil visant à des améliorations de transfert pour des cellules de NES.
