Abstract[English]
The present invention provides a photodynamic therapeutic method to shorten the infectivity period of an infection caused by a targeted microorganism comprising: applying a photosensitizer on a targeted body treatment area; and applying light to the targeted body treatment area at a wavelength absorbed by the photosensitizer. The present invention also provides a method to induce a sustained humoral and cellular T-Cell responses against an antigen of a targeted microorganism comprising: applying a photosensitizer on a targeted body treatment area; and applying light to the targeted body treatment area at a wavelength absorbed by the photosensitizer.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé thérapeutique photodynamique pour raccourcir la période d'infectiosité d'une infection provoquée par un micro-organisme ciblé comprenant : l'application d'un photosensibilisateur sur une zone de traitement de corps ciblée ; et l'application de lumière à la zone de traitement de corps ciblée à une longueur d'onde absorbée par le photosensibilisateur. La présente invention concerne également un procédé pour induire des réponses de lymphocytes T humoraux et cellulaires soutenues contre un antigène d'un micro-organisme ciblé comprenant : l'application d'un photosensibilisateur sur une zone de traitement de corps ciblée ; et l'application de lumière à la zone de traitement de corps ciblée à une longueur d'onde absorbée par le photosensibilisateur.
