In this invention, we investigated the challenges of human-machine communication to enter feedback about the products he/she bought from an online store or the service he/she received from a platform, and we provided an appropriate solution for each of them. We hope that this invention will help the customers be satisfied with the products they have bought and not suffer any cognitive biases when buying a product. This invention will provide a suitable platform for human-machine interaction using a voice assistant. It will also intelligently check users' opinions to prevent any trend that will damage the brand's reputation and also to prevent any disputes by applying the legal laws of each country.[French]
Dans la présente invention, nous avons étudié les défis de la communication homme-machine pour entrer une rétroaction concernant les produits achetés auprès d'un magasin en ligne ou le service reçu d'une plateforme, et nous avons fourni une solution appropriée pour chacun d'eux. La présente invention vise à permettre aux clients d'être satisfaits avec les produits qu'ils ont acheté et de ne pas être sujets à des biais cognitifs lors de l'achat d'un produit. Cette invention fournit une plateforme appropriée pour une interaction homme-machine à l'aide d'un assistant vocal. Il va également vérifier de manière intelligente les opinions des utilisateurs afin d'empêcher toute tendance susceptible de nuire à la réputation de la marque et également d'empêcher tout conflit en appliquant la législation de chaque pays.
