Abstract[English]
A screen cylinder includes a cylindrical screening media having an inflow side and an outflow side. The screening media is formed of a plurality of circumferentially spaced an axially extending wedgewire bars, which have an inflow surface facing the inflow side. The axially extending wedgewire bars have a profile shape optimized to apply a spray on wear resistant coating on their inflow surface.[French]
L'invention concerne un cylindre de tamisage comprenant un moyen de tamisage cylindrique doté d'un côté d'entrée et d'un côté de sortie. Le moyen de tamisage est formé d'une pluralité de barres métalliques à fils profilés espacées de façon circonférentielle et s'étendant dans le sens axial, et dont la surface d'entrée est orientée vers le côté d'entrée. Les barres métalliques à fils profilés s'étendant dans le sens axial présentent une forme de profil optimisée pour appliquer un revêtement par pulvérisation résistant à l'usure sur leur surface d'entrée.
