Abstract[English]
The present disclosure provides methods for isolating recombinant adeno associated virus (rAAV) vectors, including isolating rAAV full and empty capsids from a mixture of full capsids, empty capsids and host cell impurities, using cation exchange chromatography. The present disclosure also provides a population of rAAV full capsids isolated by the method, and a pharmaceutical composition including the population of full capsids.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne des procédés d'isolement de vecteurs de virus adéno-associés recombinants (VAAr), comprenant l'isolement de capsides pleines et vides de VAAr d'un mélange de capsides pleines, de capsides vides et d'impuretés de cellules hôtes, à l'aide d'une chromatographie par échange de cations.
